Tra Carson

Tra Carson will always be remembered as a gridiron great in the Texarkana Community, but the work he is doing post NFL career will be beneficial to Texarkana youth for generations.  Tra is passionate about helping Texarkana Youth and preparing them for life.

Tra played football for Liberty Eylau where he broke LaMichael James single season rushing record with 2,202 yards and 24 TD's on 196 Carries. Named to the 3A All-State Team and was also a two time District MVP

Tra went on to play at Texas A&M where he was the first A&M running back to have a thousand yard season in the SEC. 2,075 Career Rushing Yards and 8 100 Yard game. One coming in the Liberty Bowl where he was named MVP.

Tra went Undrafted, but was signed by the Bengals in 2016. Tra played for the Green Bay Packers as well as the Detroit Lions.
